VAT Free: Explained

As per legal requirements, we must charge VAT on purchases. However, on VAT Free event days, we reduce the product prices by the equivalent VAT amount. This means that even though VAT may still appear on your receipt, the total amount payable is the same as the pre-VAT total of your order.

Here's an example:

• If you have a £100 list price item (ex VAT), we subtract 16.66%, which equals £83.33.
• Then, we add the 20% VAT back, resulting in a total price of £100.00, which matches the original online list price.
