 Why do you not show images of some products Due to additional costs from suppliers, we generate and create the majority of our product imagery in-house. This means we can pass on all savings directly to you and always offer the best price possible.

How do I get notified of when a product comes back in stock? If you find your favourite product is unavailable, please enter your email address in the 'subscribe to back in stock notification' box.  Once this product becomes available again, we'll send you an email direct to your inbox. 



 Do you offer free delivery? We offer free delivery on all orders over £100 ex VAT. Up to date info can be found on our delivery & returns page.
What delivery options do you offer? Next day delivery is available on all orders.
What do I do if my order is late? We're sorry your order is late. Please contact the courier directly or check your tracking information for updates. If you still require assistance, please get in touch with us by clicking here.
How do I track my order? You can track your order progress via your Hairdressing Supplies account, here. Upon ordering with us, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number for your parcel.



What payment types do you accept? Currently we accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay. We are always working to implement additional payment options including BNPL options.
Do you offer any credit options? We offer PayPal Credit as a credit option. We're looking at expanding our payment options range. Most up to date information can be found with the icons at the bottom of every page.


Returns & Refunds

 Do you accept returns? Yes! We accept returns within 60 days of receiving your original order. All returned items must be returned in original, unused salable condition to be eligible for a refund. Exclusions apply, mostly where hygiene applies. Please see our returns information for full details.

How long does it take to process a refund? Once a returned item has been received and processed by our warehouse team, we will refund the cost of the returned items within 48 hours. Please note that all refunds will be made to the original payment method.
