How to Use
1. After removing the Hive No.1 Dual Lifting Crème, apply Hive No.2 Treatment Lotion from the base of the brows up to the tip
2. Allow the lotion to stabilize the hair structure, ensuring it is fixed in its new shape
3. For lash lift processing, follow the recommended timings based on the type of lashes
- Very fine lashes: 5 minutes
- Fine or tinted lashes: 5 minutes
- Natural healthy lashes: 6 minutes
- Course healthy lashes: 6 minutes
4. For brow lamination processing, adhere to the specified timings according to the type of brows:
- Very fine brows: 5 minutes
- Fine or tinted brows: 5 minutes
- Natural healthy brows: 6 minutes
- Course healthy brows: 6 minutes

Delivery
Delivery charges are quoted at checkout. Pricing varies on location, courier and current rates. We regularly review our courier options to provide you the best value of service.
Standard Delivery is free on orders over £100 (ex VAT). For surcharged postcodes, delivery is free on orders over £250.
Our warehouse operates Monday–Friday. Orders placed before 2PM will be dispatched same day for next working day delivery. Saturday delivery options are possible to most locations. There is a small charge for Saturday delivery.
Returns
You can return unopened products for a refund within 60 days of receiving your order. Electrical goods and hygiene products are ineligible for returns, unless faulty/damaged.
